What is the difference of being Thick or Fat!!!

Hello everyone, there has been such a controversy between a lady being thick or classified as fat!!! I really don't understand the terminology of being thick. My question to you, is this a way of hiding behind a weight problem that is about to get out of control. I have always heard the term big bone, really do you think everyone have different size bones in their body. We can look at the anatomy of the human body and it tells us the human skeleton system has 206 bones and there are two types of bones dense compact bones, and lightweight spongy bones!!! Refer to this link for further reference!! http://www.bbc.co.uk/science/humanbody/body/factfiles/shapeandstructure/femur.shtml
One thing I am aware of is all women are not shaped alike, some are smaller on the top and heavier on the bottom and heavier on the top and small on the bottom. The body proportion can be evenly distributed by maintaining your correct BMI. Within your BMI chart you have a scale that starts from 19 to 24 which gives you a large difference in weight. If you fall in the lower range of the BMI chart you could be considered thin, middle range average and the high range thick. The first thing I hear someone say when you mention this chart, that chart is not made for African American people. "Are you Serious" this is why we as a culture suffer with Hypertension (High Blood Pressure), Diabetes (Sugar), and Heart Disease. When you are not within your BMI range it puts you at a risk factor for these diseases. I have battled with weight problems all my life and during my journey I have had people tell me you are too small you look like something is wrong. One of my girlfriends told me your feet look like they are on crack. Only the people that knew me when I was heavier made those comments and the new people I came in contact with always complimented me on my size. I hear men say I love me a thick woman and I don't want a bag on bones, ladies let's not get caught up in what they are saying and let's take our bodies back and get healthy.  Check your Body Mass Index with this link!!!
